- AI Man Jack’s four-session program includes four live 90-minute sessions and is priced for each team by written quote.
- The 90-minute team workshop and full-day onsite training are priced by scoped quote, based on team size, location and preparation.
- AI tool accounts and subscriptions are separate from training fees, and travel outside Dallas–Fort Worth is quoted separately.
- Compare the practice time, written materials, review process and agreed follow-up before comparing prices.
Compare the scope before comparing the price
AI training costs are easier to compare when the work is specific. A team that wants to test a meeting-preparation task needs a different arrangement from several departments that want shared data rules and a day of practice. A single price without that scope does not explain what people will actually do.
Start with one recurring task, the people who handle it and the person who checks the result. Then compare the teaching time, preparation, materials and support offered for that task. This guide describes AI Man Jack’s published options; it does not estimate an industry average or predict a financial return.
What AI Man Jack publishes for the three formats
| Format | Suitable starting point | Published price basis |
|---|---|---|
| 90-minute team workshop | One team wants to explore one or two focused tasks with guided practice. | Scoped quote; no fixed public workshop fee. |
| Full-day onsite training | Several teams need common working rules, department exercises and a next-step plan. | Scoped quote; travel outside DFW quoted separately. |
| Four-session program | Participants want to practise between meetings and return with errors and questions. | Four live 90-minute sessions; priced for each team by written quote. |
The workshop details and onsite details describe their preparation and exclusions. The four-session program includes workflow instructions, a repeatable playbook and a review two weeks after the final session. Additional support after a standalone workshop or onsite day is separately scoped.
Four sessions provide six hours of live teaching. That arithmetic describes the meeting time; it does not set the preparation allowance, final team fee or calendar schedule. Confirm those details in the written scope.
Ask what the fee buys during and after the session
A useful comparison names the work participants practise and the materials they keep. For a workshop, ask whether the proposed one or two tasks can fit the time available. For an onsite day, ask how departments will be grouped and who will check the exercises. For a series, ask what participants should try between meetings and how later sessions respond to what breaks.
AI Man Jack’s method follows five parts: choose a suitable recurring task, provide approved context, write repeatable instructions, review the output and set data and approval boundaries. A practice exercise should include checking facts, omissions and unsupported claims. Seeing an impressive first draft is only part of the work.
Request a list of materials in plain language: workflow instructions, output-review checklists, data-boundary notes or the program playbook, as applicable to the format. Confirm which language the team needs. AI Man Jack teaches in English or Chinese, remotely across the U.S. or onsite in Dallas–Fort Worth; other Texas onsite locations are arranged on request.
Keep separate costs and implementation work visible
- Tool access. Training does not include AI accounts or subscriptions. Identify the company-approved tool and confirm that participants can access the agreed features.
- Travel. Travel outside Dallas–Fort Worth is quoted separately. For an onsite day elsewhere in Texas, ask how travel and accommodation appear in the quote.
- Your team’s time. Allow for choosing materials, joining the session, trying the workflow and reviewing its output. That internal effort remains part of the decision even when it is not a trainer’s invoice item.
- Additional support. Agree any support beyond the format’s stated scope. The four-session program’s two-week review should not be assumed to apply to a single workshop.
- Software work. Training does not include software development or CRM/ERP configuration and integration. Live-system connections or automatic record updates require a separate implementation scope, permissions and testing.
Ask about payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms before agreeing to a booking. This page does not establish those terms or a response-time commitment.
Send the information that makes a quote meaningful
Use the Team AI Training Brief to collect the essentials. Give each task a short description rather than uploading confidential working files to an initial inquiry.
- People: team size, roles, current experience and teaching language.
- Work: one or two recurring tasks, the input available and the output required.
- Tools and rules: approved AI tools, account access, prohibited information and the person responsible for approval.
- Logistics: remote or onsite, city, available dates and, onsite, laptops, Wi-Fi and a shared screen.
- Review: who will check the work, what a usable result means and what support you want after training.
Ask the trainer to return those assumptions in writing with the fee and exclusions. A revised task list, larger group or different location may need a revised scope. This makes a comparison useful without assuming that the lowest fee covers the same work.
When a price comparison does not work
Comparing fees does not work when the team has no approved tool, no suitable material or nobody able to judge the output. Settle those conditions before paying for a larger session. If the main need is a working system connected to business software, ask for an implementation discussion rather than treating a training quote as a development quote.
Do not turn a quoted fee into a promised payback period. AI Man Jack does not publish verified time savings for completed corporate training projects here. A buyer can instead record the current task, trial the workflow and compare accuracy and review effort before deciding whether to continue.
Choose the next step for your team
If the task is still uncertain, discuss a focused workshop. If several departments need shared rules and guided practice together, examine the onsite scope. If the team can test workflows between meetings, examine the four-session program. Bring your completed brief to a workflow call to discuss the fit and a written scope before making a decision.
The approach in this post is what we teach in practical AI training for business teams.
