Terms of Service
These terms describe the AI training services offered on this site: team workshops, onsite training days and multi-session programs. Your written quote or signed agreement states the exact scope, schedule and price for your team and prevails over this page where they differ.
1. The service
AI Man Jack LLC ("we") designs and delivers hands-on AI training for your team, onsite or live online. Sessions use the AI tools your company has approved and tasks your team brings. We teach people to use those tools; we do not build, configure or integrate software, and we do not provide or resell tool licenses.
2. Quotes and fees
- Every engagement is priced by a written quote. We do not publish a price list.
- The quote states what is included, the number of participants, the schedule, and when payment is due.
- Travel outside Dallas–Fort Worth, and any third-party costs, are confirmed in writing before you agree. Nothing is added silently.
3. Scheduling and changes
Dates are confirmed in writing. If you need to reschedule or cancel, tell us as early as you can; the notice period and any fees for late changes are stated in your quote or agreement.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide access to the AI tools your company has approved, and any room, screen and network needed for onsite sessions.
- Decide which company information may be used in exercises, and remove confidential, personal or customer data that should not be entered into an AI tool.
- Remain responsible for how your organization uses AI after the training, including review of outputs and compliance with the laws and policies that apply to your business.
5. Limits
AI tools can produce incorrect output; the training teaches people to check it, but we do not guarantee any particular result, productivity gain, revenue or adoption. Tool features, availability and data terms are set by their vendors and can change.
6. Materials and data
Training materials we provide may be used inside your organization. Information you share with us is used only to prepare and deliver the training and is not sold. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by Texas law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the engagement the claim relates to, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
