“2:30 works.”
Example conversation
How it works
Keep your current number or route calls to the AI, depending on setup.
Anything Saturday morning?
Yes, 10:30 is open.
It answers approved questions, checks availability, and follows your booking rules.
The booking goes into the connected scheduling workflow and the customer gets confirmation.
Example call
A salon call, start to finish. The AI only uses the prices, hours and rules the owner approved.
Example conversation
“How much is a haircut?”
“Haircuts start at $45. Would you like me to check available times?”
“Tomorrow after 4.”
“I have 4:30 PM and 5:15 PM.”
“4:30.”

AI Man Jack helps DFW businesses install practical AI systems that save staff time and capture missed opportunities. Jack handles setup, testing, and ongoing support.
About Jack →No. Keep your number and forward calls to the AI, or let the AI answer on a new number. Both are supported, and we pick one during setup.
The included booking system works today. Third-party systems such as Square, Booksy, Vagaro or Fresha have not been tested yet, so each one is listed as Ask us on the integrations page. Tell us what you use and we check before you pay.
It does not invent one. You choose the fallback during setup: take a message, transfer to a person, or text you the caller’s details.
Yes. Transfers to a number you choose are part of every plan.
On Growth and Pro, rescheduling and cancellation are part of the booking workflow and follow the rules you set. Starter answers questions and takes messages but does not book.
English, Spanish and Chinese. The demo line speaks all three, so call it in the language your customers use.
The included voice minutes for your plan, AI answers to approved questions, message taking and transfers, and the reporting listed on the pricing page. The one-time setup fee is separate.
About one week after we receive your hours, services, prices and booking rules, then a tuning period that varies by business.
The fallback flow runs, so callers can still leave a message, be transferred, or have their details texted to you. Jack is notified and fixes the connection.
Yes. Contact Jack and call forwarding is switched off. Your phone rings the way it did before.
Your number is yours. If you forwarded your existing number, forwarding is switched off and nothing else changes. If AI Man Jack provisioned a number for your business, it can be transferred or ported to you when service ends, subject to carrier requirements. No vendor lock-in. Your website files and domain are yours too; included hosting ends with the service. Call data stays in your account and is not sold.
Clinics are welcome. Sensitive or regulated workflows are discussed before setup, and no compliance certification is claimed.
Call the AI receptionist and ask it to book an appointment. Ask about price. Ask for an appointment. Try changing the time.
