Privacy Policy
AI Man Jack ("we", "us") provides AI education, websites, and workflow automation services, including a missed-call text-back service for local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you call or text a business phone number powered by our service, we process your phone number and the content of your text messages solely to deliver the service: acknowledging missed calls and relaying conversations between you and the business.
When you request a coupon, we collect the email address you enter and keep the coupon code, delivery status, and redemption status needed to issue one coupon per email and allow one use per coupon.
SMS/text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with any third parties.
Messages are sent from (469) 425-4142 only to phone numbers that have called or texted us first. Message frequency: one message per missed call, plus any replies in a conversation you initiate. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of receiving messages, or reply HELP for help.
How we use information
We use your phone number to send the messages described above on behalf of the business you contacted. We use a coupon email only to deliver and administer that coupon, not to subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Free AI Rollout Kit. If you ask for the kit, your name and email go to our email provider, MailerLite, which sends you the PDF and a few follow-up emails from Jack. Every email has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops them. Calls you book are scheduled through Cal.com.
Service providers process data only to operate these features: Supabase stores booking and coupon records, and Cloudflare hosts the site and sends coupon and booking emails. We retain the coupon record as needed to prevent duplicate issuance and redemption. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable; we may retain a minimal record when necessary to prevent fraud or comply with law.
Training quote requests

When you send the training quote form, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, company, company website, industry, company size, number of attendees, preferred format and location, the work and tools you describe, your timing and how you heard about us. The short quote form on our tool training pages collects less: your name, email, number of people, an optional approximate budget and an optional message, plus which page you sent it from. With either form we store the page you first landed on, the referring website and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) from that visit, the version of the form and consent wording you saw, and a one-way hash of your IP address used only to prevent abuse.
We use this information to reply to your request, prepare a scope and quote, and keep a record of the consent you gave. The required box ("I agree to be contacted about this request") covers messages about that request only. We send newsletter emails only if you tick the separate, optional newsletter box, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Supabase stores these records for us as a service provider (processor), and Cloudflare hosts the site and may send us a notification email about your request. We do not sell this information or add it to advertising audiences.
If you choose the optional newsletter, MailerLite processes your email address and name for subscription confirmation, newsletter delivery and unsubscribe handling. We keep a minimal keyed record of unsubscribes, bounces, spam complaints and deletion requests to avoid adding you again. Leaving the newsletter box unticked does not unsubscribe an existing subscription; use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or contact us.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and which buttons are used. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and browser information. We do not send your name, email address or form answers to Google Analytics, and the private link that manages a booking is removed from the page address before it is sent. Campaign tags from your first page view are also kept in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab, so they can be attached to a quote request if you send one.
To opt out, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser (when it is on, we do not load Google Analytics), use the button below on each browser you use, or install Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
